Job Description


The Relationship Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and consultants currently associated with CGT Staffing, as well as prospective candidates in the job market. He (she) will work closely with the Recruiting and Account Management teams to ensure that both sides of the business are receiving proper attention and coverage. The Relationship Manager will work directly with our client’s hiring managers to identify the specific business needs of our customers’ organization and interface with potential candidates to identify qualified, top talent to suit those needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a clear ability to analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner and with limited oversight.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Building and maintaining open and honest relationships with key client personnel.
  • Conduct of regular touchbases to ensure clients are satisfied with provision of staffing services.
  • Management of internal pipelines, including but not limited to open job coverage, candidate vetting, interview coordination, post-interview feedback, and placement coordination, in order to ensure all processes are being executed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Regular communication with Account Managers to identify opportunities and leads for future business development.
  • Attendance at client meetings as a representative of CGT Staffing.
  • Management of recruiters as necessary to ensure proper job coverage and follow up.
  • Escalation and resolution of all concerns surfaced by clients and/or candidates.
  • Monitoring of recruiting performance relative to client-mandated service agreements. When necessary, identification and resolution of issues related to compliance failures.
  • Regular update and management of client-based Vendor Management Systems (VMS), ensuring Account Managers are aware of all changes.

Requirements


  • Previous work experience as a Recruiter, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager or other relevant role
  • Background in staffing and/or sales preferred
  • Proven history of management of multiple accounts and delivering client-focused solutions to each
  • Strategic thinker with an ability to analyze and resolve problems quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience with Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking system
  • Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • BA/BA in Business Administration, HR, Sales or comparable field preferred
