Job Description


The Relationship Manager is responsible for comprehensive ownership of client relationships and delivery of recruiting solutions. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, working closely with recruiting teams to ensure alignment with client expectations and successful fulfillment of hiring needs. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to drive performance across teams.

Job Duties & Responsibilities


  • Ownership and maintenance of assigned client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
  • Delivery and management of job requisitions across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with client expectations
  • Collaboration with clients to define job requirements, expectations, and recruiting strategy
  • Oversight and accountability for recruiting team performance across all assigned roles
  • Direct involvement in recruiting activities as required to ensure timely delivery
  • Identification and development of additional business opportunities within existing client accounts
  • Partnership with Sales team to support expansion of client relationships and service offerings
  • Management of client feedback, job pipelines, and recruiting activity to eliminate delays and inefficiencies
  • Oversight and maintenance of all client and job data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Ensuring all recruiting activity aligns with defined KPIs and client service expectations
  • Promotion of a professional, responsive, and solutions-oriented client experience at all times

Requirements


  • Previous experience in client relationship management, account management, or recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver recruiting results
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Experience with Bullhorn or a comparable Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
